Alongside her clinical practice, she works as a Company Stage Manager in theatre. Julia has undertaken further training in Advanced Vocal Massage Techniques and the Mindfulness to Heartfulness programme, and has a particular interest in supporting individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, fatigue, and the cumulative effects of modern life
