CRANIOSACRAL
SOMATICS

OUR COURSES
There are many ways to begin exploring craniosacral therapy.
Craniosacral Somatics offers accessible foundation learning through online courses, in-person teaching and experiential retreats. Each offers a different way to encounter the work, from learning the underlying principles and anatomy of craniosacral therapy to exploring touch, perception, movement and embodied practice.
Our courses bring together anatomy and physiology, the nervous system, fascia, grounding, therapeutic touch and regulation with the subtler qualities of listening, relationship and perception that are central to craniosacral work.
Whether you are completely new to craniosacral therapy, already work with people through another therapeutic or body-based approach, or are considering professional CST training and want somewhere to begin, you can choose the way of learning that feels most appropriate to you.

Explore the foundations of craniosacral therapy wherever you are.
Self-paced learning brings together theory, demonstrations, embodied explorations and contributions from experienced craniosacral teachers and community practitioners.

Learn through touch, movement, relationship and shared experience.
Our in-person foundation courses create space to explore craniosacral principles through guided teaching, practical exercises and hands-on learning. They are designed both for those beginning their exploration of CST and for people bringing craniosacral understanding into an existing therapeutic or body-based practice.

Time and space to explore the work more deeply.
Our retreats bring craniosacral and fascial exploration together with movement, meditation, embodied practice and time for integration. They offer a more spacious way of learning, with an emphasis on presence, relationship and the lived experience of the body.
Craniosacral Somatics offers a place to begin, explore and deepen your understanding of craniosacral therapy. Our foundation learning is not intended to replace a full professional craniosacral therapy training. For some, it may simply be an opportunity to learn more about the body and this approach to therapeutic touch; for others, it may become a first step towards further studies.
