BALI RETREAT:
THE REGULATED BODY- THE RELATIONAL BODY

THE REGULATED BODY-

THE RELATIONAL BODY
MAY 9-15, 2027
UBUD, BALI

Restore. Regulate. Reconnect.

A six-day immersive Craniosacral Somatics retreat exploring therapeutic touch, nervous system regulation and embodied learning in the heart of Bali.

MEETING OUR BODIES

Healing doesn't happen through techniques alone. It emerges through safety, relationship, curiosity and presence. The Regulated Body- The Relational Body is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your body, and deepen your understanding of how healing unfolds through presence, movement and therapeutic touch.

Rooted in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and enriched by fascial exploration, meditation, gentle movement and embodied practice, the week offers an experiential journey into the intelligence of the nervous system and the body's innate capacity for regulation and change.

OUR HOME IN BALI

Gaia Retreat Center · Ubud

For the week, we’ll make our home at Gaia Retreat Center, a peaceful retreat space surrounded by the lush landscape and rice fields of Ubud.

The centre offers us space to come together for teaching, movement and shared practice, while also giving plenty of room to slow down, rest and enjoy the surroundings. With beautiful communal spaces, a dedicated practice shala, pool and individually designed rooms, Gaia gives us a setting where the retreat can extend beyond the teaching itself.

We’ll have exclusive use of the retreat centre for the duration of our stay, allowing us to create a private and intimate space for our group.

CHOOSE YOUR ROOM

Retreat prices start from $1,950 USD per person, based on shared accommodation.

All rooms are shared between two participants, with prices varying according to room choice. Your retreat fee includes six nights’ accommodation, daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner all teaching and guided practice, and scheduled group excursions.

Evenings are left more open, giving you the freedom to relax at the retreat centre or explore Ubud and enjoy the local cuisine.

Set within the beauty and stillness of Bali, this is a space to restore, learn, practice and reconnect—with yourself, with others, and with the deeper intelligence of the living body.
