Course Overview: What You’ll Learn

Introduction to Craniosacral Therapy

  • Explore the foundational principles and history of Craniosacral Therapy, including its origins in osteopathy and the development of the cranial concept.

Cultivating Practitioner Presence

  • Learn how to establish a therapeutic presence through stillness, grounded awareness, and mindful engagement, fostering a deep connection with your clients.

Engaging with the Body’s Subtle Rhythms

  • Understand and work with the body’s natural rhythms, including Primary Respiration and the deeper tides that support healing and balance.

Developing Touch and Tissue Awareness

  • Practice light, gentle touch while enhancing your sensitivity to the body’s fluid, tissue, and energetic dynamics.

Integrating Structural and Energetic Approaches

  • Gain an understanding of both biomechanical and biodynamic approaches to craniosacral therapy, blending them to suit the unique needs of each client.

Exploring Anatomy in Action

  • Study the cranial bones, membranes, and core structures within the craniosacral system, and learn how they influence overall health and vitality.
